Booking & Payment

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date.

Retainers are non-refundable and applied toward your total balance.

Remaining balances are due by the date outlined in your contract.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include a rescheduling fee, as outlined in your contract.

If Alaska Berry Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Delivery & Products

All images are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround times vary by session type and will be communicated in advance.

Digital files are for personal use only unless commercial usage is agreed upon in writing.

Copyright & Usage

Alaska Berry Photography retains full copyright of all images.

Clients are granted a personal use license to download, print, and share images.

Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Sales & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of photography, all sales are final once images are delivered.

No refunds are given for dissatisfaction based on personal style preferences.

Liability

Alaska Berry Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, acts of nature, venue restrictions, etc.).

Clients assume responsibility for their own safety and that of guests during sessions.

By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
